I have installed an old red Lifeline Zero 2000 bottle of 2.25 liters, can this be replaced by this bottle 106-001-011-B
No this is not possible. The kits are FIA approved, not just the bottle.
The approval applies to the whole kit nozzles, tube, mounting bracket and bottle.
To retain the FIA approval all components must come from the homologated kit.
