I am looking for a quick release boss and a suede steering wheel for a Seven style kit car I am building. The Steering column is sourced from a MK2 MX-5. Can you suggest me something that will be compatible.
You basically have two options for your Lotus 7, you can use a Momo style boss, then the quick release adaptor, then the wheel, this would add about 3" to the height of normal boss and wheel arrangement Momo Boss 5702 and quick release BG4921.
Alternatively you can weld a racing style Racetech QR boss to the column RTQ1.
